You don't need a "header reseter" which is called a jumper cap. You can use a metal screwdriver to short the two pins on the Clear CMOS jumper. Make sure the PC is powered off and unplug the power from the wall socket. Make sure the screwdriver touches the two pins simultaneously and continuously for about 10 seconds.
