using 6 x LG wide screen monitors , i plan on using 2 x RX580 8g cards, its more for trading than gaming so frame rate not an issue?

After upgrading my new CPU and graphics cards and plugged everything together my computer wont turn on. When I tried o power up the computer I hear a zzzt sound coming from the power supply. I reverted back to the old components and still the same problem. Need help thanks.
