Hi everyone,
I'm looking to upgrade my set up pretty significantly and am having trouble coming to the conclusion if the following idea is possible. I would like to set up three 4K monitors side by side. I will game only on the one in the center, putting things on the other two at my leisure. Do you think that two GTX 1080 FTW2 graphics cards will be able to handle games at about 60fps if being played on the single monitor with the other two going? Or will I need something a bit more 'beefy'? Below is the current specs of my PC if you need more information.
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K @ 3.70GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-4266
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB FTW2 Gaming iCX
Let me know if there's anything else you need to know. I appreciate your input and knowledge.
Thanks,
Dustin
