RAS PPPoE mini-port/call-manager driver
if its mentioned process, it could just be the victim. MS processes generally don't cause BSOD, but can be victims of them.

PPPoe = Point to Point Protocol over ethernet so if I was to look anywhere, I would start with updating Ethernet drivers

victim of what? i got a new internet connection and it's directly to PC without using a router and it's a PPPoE connectivity, can this be the culprit? the driver was updated but I still uninstalled uninstall and reinstall it. What to do? or is it a hardware issue tho the bug report mentioned driver

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/6aoc5wzn/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

File information:MEMORY.DMP (Jan 27 2022 - 18:21:18)
Bugcheck:DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9F)
Probably caused by:raspppoe.sys (Process running at time of crash: System)
Uptime:1 Day(s), 7 Hour(s), 15 Min(s), and 11 Sec(s)

Comment: The overclocking driver "RTCore64.sys" was found on your system. (MSI Afterburner)

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/b360 Pro4/index.asp
There are BIOS updates available for your system. You are using version P1.30. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

It takes a while to figure out what is going on when a PC crashes. Look at some of the other BSOD threads. You won't get an answer right away. I know it's frustrating, but it takes time, testing, and patience. If you crash again, upload additional minidump files. They may (or may not) offer additional clues as to what is going on.

This link: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/b360 Pro4/index.asp#BIOS shows that the latest stable BIOS version is 4.3. You are using version 1.3. The BIOS updates may or may not help and it's always a risk to update.

using the same bios for the last 2 years, the lastest ones create issues with the CPU clock speed

victim of what?
victims of bsod. the process mentioned in BSOD is often what was running at the time. It often gives a clue as to what cause might be.

dump text also mentions ndis.sys which is used by Windows to talk to network drivers. It stands for Network Driver Interface Specification
there should be newer versions of these
May 07 2019e1d68x64.sysIntel(R) Gigabit Adapter driver

try running this on PC and see what it offers - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
