Question CPU Fan Speed

So lately my CPU fan speed ramps up to 3.8k rpm (highest its gotten) then dips down to 1000 rpm is there a way i can stop this from happening ive already changed the fan curve in the bios and it still does it i have a wraith max cooler that came with my 3700x it wasn't doing this before it only started recently and cant find a fix besides just getting a new cpu cooler which i dont want to have to do.

What are your CPU temperatures as that's what drives RPM. ?
