[SOLVED] CPU good enough?

Hey I'm planning to buy a gtx 980 and I was wondering if the i3 10100 would be enough for the gtx 980 or do I need to get the 10400 I have a super low budget so I would like to keep the 10100 but if it's going to cause major fps loss I can probably get the 10400.

If your budget allows, I'd ask you to get the i5 and pair that with a B series chipset board. If you plan to overclock the ram and the processor, you should look into a Z series chipset and then in the future you can drop in a K suffix processor.
