So I want to make a full tower build or a build where I can take and replace parts with ease. I want to build a computer that can play games and edit videos and also use Photoshop and do animation. I don't want any fancy lighting or anything. So I was wondering if someone could just make me a build and just showing me suggestions of PC building. I would like to spend 1500 usd or less. Thank you for any help ahead of time.

For 1500$,this is likely affordable around April, since prices of GPU's are ridiculous rn:

GPU at msrp is 400$
the AIO is 140$
Total would be around 1500$
The 5600X should be more than enough for your needs, paired with a high end aio to keep temps in check.
The mobo has solid VRM's,pcie 4.0,and Q Flash Plus to update the bios for the 5600X,since you are going to need it.
32gb 3600mhz cl16 is perfect for a 5000 series cpu imo.
1tb m.2 is perfect for any normal/gaming usage.
RTX 3060Ti is the perfect budget card in my opinion, packing similar performance to a 3070,and at 400$ is a really good deal in my opinion.
The case is one of the top performers in terms of airflow, just turn of the rgb.
The psu is also one of the top dogs, packing 850W which lets you upgrade to anything honestly.

CPU cooler is a bit overkill, but will keep the CPU cool and quiet and allow some headroom for future CPU upgrades. As mentioned above, getting what you want, at an ideal price, is nearly impossible, right now.
