Question GPU, motherboard or PSU problem?

It all started when my old PSU died, I replaced it with a new EVGA 550 GD and it works fine without the GPU but when I plug the GPU my PC completely shuts off after 30 seconds or so. I tried booting Linux with a live CD and boots fine but as soon as I try to watch a video on youtube it shuts off. I also tried clearing the CMOS

My specs:

• Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-S1
• CPU: i5 3330 @ 3.00GHz
• RAM: 2x8gb Kingston KHX1600C10D3/8G
• GPU: Sapphire Nitro Radeon RX 480 4GB
• PSU: EVGA 550 GD
• 1 SSD
• 2 HDD
• 2 fans

my old PSU was a Thermaltake TR2 500w, it lasted 7 years and worked fine with my GPU for 2 years until the outlet sparked while playing GTA V

I already ordered a new motherboard, CPU and RAM (Ryzen 5 3600, ASUS Prime b450-PLUS and 2x8gb DDR4) but I want to know if the GPU/motherboard is faulty or is the new PSU?

When PSU breaks it could take something with it so looks like to be that old PSU took out the GPU in processs do not know what it done to motherboard.

So I tried something out of curiosity... I booted the PC without USBs attached to the machine and it booted fine, I connected my mouse to the front port, started OCCT PSU stress test and it lasted for 15 minutes until I decided to move the mouse and then it shuts itself off again
