Question Headphone jack problem

Hi I have
PC Specs:
CPU: intel Core i7 9700KF @3.6GHZ
PSU: 550w
GPU: MSI Nvidia RTX 3060 12GB
Ram: 32GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 120mm Liquid Cooler
Storage: 500GB M.2 SSD/2TB HDD / 1TB HDD
Motherboard: Mag Mortar B365M
And my problem is everything time I connect my headphones to the pc there’s crackling front and back of pc headphone jack constant crackling no other sound even when I try and play something I’ve checked multiple headphones and it’s not that it’s the pc any help would be appreciated I’ve tried everything for 6 months now

Could be that something on the motherboard failed. You might consider trying something like this.

My sound on my motherboard sounded a while back like it was picking up some radio station even if the pc was off. Mine may be a different brand but essentially looks similar to this one and plugs into a USB port and then you can plug your sound devices there instead

I’ll have to give it a go I think your right about motherboard when I got the pc it worked and then one day static no sound and it’s been like that ever since
