Question Help needed with "Insufficient PCI resources" ?

First day trying some mining with my PC, and suddenly my PC reboots to bios and displays "insufficient PCI resources".
PC only boots without my GPU, when i plug my GPU in it goes straight to BIOS saying "insufficient PCI resources".
I tried a lot of solutions including setting "4g decoding" to enabled but this is preventing my PC from booting.

Any help will be appreciated!

Is the second pci-e slot being used by anything? Have you tried going to bios settings and restoring it to original/default settings and restarting? If that dosn't work then see if you can upgrade the bios to most recent file.

No, my second pci is not being used by anything(it's a 4x pci slot) and if i plug my gpu I still get the same result.

Yes i have tried resetting, clearing CMOS, Upgrading bios to latest version. None of those helped.

One thing I noticed is if i plug my gpu with onboard graphics, I go to board explorer and my MOBO is detecting my GPU...

Does that mean that my MOBO and GPU are still good? and maybe my PSU is bad? Or not necessarily?

Did this happen while you were mining or before you started mining?
In your bios settings, I do not know msi bios sorry, see if you can find crypto mining support line, or a lower memory limit use line.

Yes this happened while I was mining.
Got some power cuts and my UPS could not hold my PC while it runs with the GPU in use.
