[SOLVED] Is the crucial RAM CT2K4G4DFS6266 2 x 4gb dual module kit compatible with the Asus ROG Swift B450-F gaming motherboard

Hi,
I am hoping to buy this RAM for my asus ROG swift B450-F motherboard and wanted to check if it is compatible first. I asked on the amazon UK if it was compatible and the response I got was no but with no explaination, so I was hoping to double check, and if it isn't compatible then I was hoping to understand a bit more on why it is not compatible.
The alternative I was looking at was a faster speed (3200Mhz) but single 8gb module, the crucial RAM CT8G4DFRA32A. Would this RAM module be compatible with the same motherboard?

RAM is dependent on two things: the motherboard and the CPU (the RAM controller is in the CPU). So it also depends on what CPU you are planning to use it with.

I don't see why either RAM wouldn't work. It's basic DDR4. And go for 2 sticks, whatever capacity you get. Single stick is slower.

It will show you what works.
Pick the size and speed you want.

The 4x 8GB dual kit appeared under compatible RAM for my motherboard so surely that means its fine doesn't it?

Planning on using the ryzen 5 2600 I reckon. The 2 x 4gb dual kit appeared under compatible kits for my motherboard on the crucial page so it should be compatible then?
