Question Laptop stuck in EFI Shell - Keyboard stopped working

Hello everybody!

So, my tablet laptop KMAX i11 with intel atom inside is freezing after startup.nsh and shell>.

Before the keyboard to be irresponsive I have made an usb stick with windows10 to reinstall it ( the laptop had some os installed but after a looong time of sitting on a shelf I thought to revive it but found no os).
It was starting and loading efi shell.

At first I couldn't make it boot from the usb and checked the bios options, disabled fast boot and so on and made it start setup with a linux bootable stick. Canceled instalation, shut it down and made the bootable windows usb stick and plugged it in, restart and suddenly after checking ram and loading shell it freezes or the keyboard is not responding.

I tried to connect usb keyboard and nothing, tried to enter bios again and i see the keyboard is not responding at all not even ctrl-alt-del.

Other operations made: disconnected the battery and drained the current by holding the power button for more than 20 seconds, tried to hard reset it like an android, by holding vol up and power and by holding both vol up and down pushed and power

and in this case is showing the bios menu with 6 options ( continue, boot manager, device management, boot from file, secure boot, scu ) but the keyboard and touchpad are still not working,

the only input i can make is vol up/down and it moves the highlite cursor up and down from "continue" button to "boot from file" but that's it, nothing more and the power button doesn't act like enter either.

Any advice or idea would be appreciated,
