Question Motherboard LED's come on, but no beep, fans, anything really. Help please?

So this is my first ever build. I am building a gaming PC, and found it to be cheaper if I built it myself so. I placed everything in last night, thought I had everything going smoothly, until I went to turn the power on, and only the LED's came on. I have done the paper clip test for the PSU/Case fan, and they work by their selves.
Any help or advice at all would be much appreciated!
Specs:
AsRock B450m Steel Legend Motherboard
Nvidia GTX 1650 Graphics
Corsair 550W PSU
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Corsair Vengeance LPX Series 16GB DDR4

I'll be following your thread closely - I am having the same problem (different specs) though my LEDs don't even come on, they only flash.
