So i swapped cases for my PC to add better cooling/airflow, as well as replacing my old HDD (storage only), and while i assumed i handled every component gingerly while transferring cases hoping minizing risk of an issue like this. Well, i got it anyway.

So with everything plugged in, the PC turns on (fans spinning on the case/CPU, LEDs on the GPU/Mobo) however im getting no signal on the monitor via HDMI.

I'm not sure where to start here or what i did wrong since it was working flawlessly prior to the case swap. I have tried powering it up with one stick of RAM at a time to see if its a memory issue but to no avail (heck it could still be an issue). I even tried to unplug the power connectors on the CPU since ive heard it could be not detecting the CPU as it is booting up but still nothing.

Its a shame since i was so excited to see my new thermals.

If anyone can let me know where to start troubleshooting, it'd be greatly appreciated.

P.S. if its a video card issue its going to be a little tricky since my CPU does NOT have onboard graphics.

Thanks in advance.

Specs:
Mobo: MSI z390-A pro
CPU: Intel i5-9400f
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080ti
PSU: Corsair RMX 750w
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb(2×8) DDR4 3000mhz

Yes i know why run a 1080ti with a 9400f, im slowly upgrading with my CPU being next lol.

Edit: i did plug back in the CPU power connectors (one with just 4, then back to 8). I just forgot to mention that.
