Question My pc won't boot

My pc won't boot anymore
I thought my hdd is damage but not
I also tried boot with bootable pendrive windows and Linux both
After remove my HDD sata cable from motherboard
And tried bootable linux and windows also but it can't boot anymore

In windows stuck at windows logo
And in Linux stuck at black screen

Please help me !
