Question Need help please with second monitor

Hey guys i normally game on a monitor but i been gaming on a oled tv for a few months now. I have run into a problem where red flickering pixels plague the screen and it constanly connects and disconnects. I have tried the following

• Reseated graphic card/ ram and cpu
• Turning it off and on
• clearing cmos
• resetting the bios
• Reinstalling nvidia drivers
• Going into safe mode using ddu to completely unstalling nvidia drivers then reinstalling
• Tried a new HDMI cable
• Tried a new pcie slot
• Tried using it as a second display

but nothing works. i connected back to my monitor and everything is fine why won't my tv work now please help

How long is HDMI cable going to TV ?
What GPU ? What HDMI version for TV ?

HDMI 2.1 running at 4K@120Hz,
a mate said i might need a better quality hdmi cable so im going to try a 3rd cable
