Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded my PC which involved buying a new motherboard and upgrading my RAM from modules which I already own. However, once I had finished the build I have noticed that my PC will either just occasionally shutdown and restart under load (No BSOD) or it will occasionally BSOD and the stop code will always be memory management. One of the two will happen at least once a day if not more often.
Note: I tried reinstalling Windows 11 after I had completed the motherboard swap but the issue is still there.
Also my PSU does not have the extra CPU power cable so that extra 4 pin connector is not in use however, I read on the MSI support page that this is mainly used for overclocking which I am not doing, could this be the issue?
My specs are:
Ryzen 7 5800X,
Corsair 2x16GB 3200 C16 (Clocked down to 3000 and in slots 1 and 3)
Corsair 2x16GB 3000 C16 (In slots 2 and 4)
MSI X570 CARBON MAX WIFI
RTX 3060ti Founders Edition
4xM.2 (Various sizes 1xGen4)
700W PSU (Can't remember the brand but I believe its Cooler Master)
If anyone has any advice that would be greatly appreciated
