Which one is the best for a Ryzen 5 5600G, Masterbox td500L case the NZXT X53 or MasterLiquid ML240 Illusion ?

In all honesty, neither, as you can get away with the stock aircooler. on the topic of the AIO's, how much do they both cost? Where are you located and what is your budget for a cooler? Again, if you're only going to be with the APU, you're going to be fine with the stock air cooler, just make sure you pair DDR4-3200MHz or DDR4-3600MHz tight timings rams with the board and APU.

With the stock cooler i have right now, when playing fifa 23 my CPU temps goes to 81-85°C

I have a Ryzen 5 5600G but during the summer it can get really hot in my room, 77°F (25°C) - 83°F (28°C) is air cooled then enough or should i get an AIO ?

You don't have any additional fans inside that case to aid with airflow across your components?
