Question PC Hard Freezing Streaming/Recording/Rendering

So the topic pretty much says it all, I get a hard freeze randomly gaming some times. Most of the times it's when I'm recording or rendering a long video. I've tried experimenting streaming on this PC setup but no luck just get a hard freeze randomly playing. No clue what to do anymore, I've done BIOS things, Windows updates, ran memory diagnostics etc. now just at the end of the rope making a post about it. When it hard freezes I can't do anything but hard reset the PC. Here are my specs below.

MSI Z390-A PRO
Intel 9th Gen i9-9900K
Corsair 32GB DDR4 RAM
500GB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD
ASUS Turbo RTX 2080 Ti
Windows 10
Seasonic FOCUS GX-1000 1000W

The CPU could stop working due to becoming too hot.

Yes I do monitor my temps & it looks fine for what I do, the only time it gets extremely hot is when I'm rendering a video but that's not something unusual for me.

So you are getting extremely hot when rendering a video and get crashes most of the times when recording or rendering a long video but you think there is no connection?

It's only during rendering when it gets really hot because rendering is straight CPU based for me. Recording mainly uses my GPU. Temps on my CPU is completely fine when recording or streaming.
