Greeting! Ive upgraded alot of components recently and since im not vert tech savvy, am having some problems.
userbenchmark said my memory is under preforming;
"16GB DIMM DDR4 clocked @ 1067 MHz
Performing below potential (2nd percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled"
and i should enable XMP in the bios but every time i do i get a blackscreen on reboot and eventually some text saying "overclock attempt has failed gone back to default settings"
CPU-Z says;
NB Frequency 4300.0MHz
DRAM Frequency 533.0MHz
Cpu, mb and memory are all new.
Specs;
Processor; Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
Memory; Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB
MB; Msi mpg z390 gaming plus
As i said im not very good with this technical stuff so i dont know if the info ive written down is useful, if something is missing please tell me.
