Question Redragon 595 RATRI is not working properly! i cant light the borders back up please help!

I tried many things! Reconnecting keyboard, resetting computer, uninstalling apps, but to no avail!
Is there any way to fix this? i ran an app in german called upgrade process, for the K556R keyboard, it looked like mine so i downloaded the program, ran it and now it has the configurations of ANOTHER keyboard! Please help. there is no solution about this anywhere. i tried resetting it, via device manager, looking at other forums but i guess im just extremely dumb.
and my sister just cleaned it up for me

I don't see any firmware for the actual keyboard so have you tried contacting them and asking if they can give you the standard firmware and maybe you can flash that back over the one you installed - https://redragonadria.com/drivers/

device manager/windows can't do anything to fix the firmware on a keyboard.

thank you, i tried contacting them and now i will wait, there is no way to reverse the firmware. so far its not solved yet,
will close thread when i fix this.
