Question Sudden FPS drop problem

I recently had this problem while playing games, the game was running smoothly but suddenly there is an FPS drop for about three seconds then it goes back to normal, then after a minute or two the problem comes back again. I tried to do a benchmark to see if there was a problem with the PC but everything seemed normal .

My PC :

RTX 3060 12GB

Ryzen 5 2600x

ASUS ROG STRIX B450-E Motherboard

GSkill 32GB RAM 2666hz

Corsair CV Series CV650 650 Watt 80 plus Bronze

512GB SSD

1 TB HDD

I have the windows on SSD
on HDD i have games and videos and stuff like this .

I almost found a solution to the problem, as I wrote above I have a motherboard from ASUS, and I had downloaded their Armoury Crate application, which for some strange reason turned out to be the cause of the problem, as I deleted it and the FPS DROP disappeared.
