[SOLVED] What Laptop for 4-6 x 2K monitors

Just curious if anyone had any recommendations for laptop/docking station/monitor combos that could run 4-6 external 2K monitors? I was thinking one of the new Dell XPS 15 i9 8 core processor laptops or would I even need that much power??? For the monitors I was thinking I could even run 4 wide ones and use two programs split between each screen which would in essence be like having 8 screens. I’m not using it for gaming or anything like that. Just work stuff such as 4-6 excel files open at once as well as 8-12 teamviewers. If I went with 4 extra monitors then I would have an excel sheet taking up half the screen and 1-2 teamviewer logins taking up the other half. All the articles and forums I read mention 3 extra monitors, but nothing with 4 or more.

You could use an external thunderbolt attached graphics card.

Do you have a need for portability?
It seems to me that such a setup with multiple monitors is not going to be very portable and a conventional desktop would be simpler and cheaper.

I might suggest that you use a larger 4k monitors that you could subdivide into as many windows as you want.

I have setup a Dell Latitude 5300 (with UBC-C Thunderbolt port) and XPS 9360 with 3 x 27" 2k displays using the Dell WD19TB UBC-C Thunderbolt dock.
Displays: Dell UltraSharp 27" USB-C (2719DC)
