Question Which GPU should I choose?

Hi all! So I'm planning to buy a GPU for playing games like Genshin Impact, Valorant and others. I have 4 GPU options I can buy.

GPU options:

1. GTX 460 (768 MB, 192 Bit)
   
2. HD 6670 (1 GB, 128 Bit)
   
3. HD 5770 (512 MB, 128 Bit)
   
4. GT 545 (3 GB, 192 Bit)
   

My PC specifications use the E3-1220 V3 CPU and PSU FSP HV Pro 550W (already has 2x8 PCIe pins). The GPU I'm using is R5 230 and now I've sold it to buy the GPU in the above option. From the GPU options and my PC specifications above, which GPU has the highest performance and should I buy it?

I think this GPU is not too garbage in my country. I have a budget of $38 (570,000 IDR).

Thank you very much for the advice. I forgot that there is a benchmark and comparison website like PassMark because I look for comparisons on TechPowerUp too often. I would go for the GTX 460.

Yes, I think my PSU is sufficient to power the GTX 460. Thank you.
