Question Display issue

Hi guys,

Firstly I don't know how to describe my situations. Basically I clean my keyboard and I press something wrong. Now my screen move when I move my mouse and it's magnified.
Even after I restart my computer.

it looks like Windows magnifier is on. pressing Windows key & "+" at the same time should disable this, if it is the problem.

though restarting would turn this off. are you sure you are actually shutting down the system and restarting, not just going into sleep mode and reawakening?
