Question Help! Extremely slow write speed on NVME M2 Raid 1 Boot Drive!

Good morning everyone, I hope someone can help me,
Boot drive has an awkward writing speed and I can't understand why.

Some details:

The problem occurs with both Win 10 and Win 11
The problem occurs even when changing the motherboard and the disks..
I don't know what to try anymore...!

Oh I see that you are doing raid. what creating the raid? do they support trim?

The Raid is AMD Raid created with RaidXpert2 and don't support trim.

Is not possible to enable Write caching from Device manager:

Is possible to enable it in Raidxpert2, I tried but write speed don't change.

It may be throttling, is there a heat sink attached to the M.2 nvme?
