Hi. During the week, this problem appeared, which mainly occurs while playing, the CPU usage jumps up completely randomly for a few seconds. The fps drops from locked 120 to below 20. Thanks to Process Explorer, it was revealed that all this happens because of the "services.exe" system process.

UPDATE: (I made a screenshot, where both Task Manager and Process Explorer can be seen)

In the task manager, this processes show high CPU usage (Services and Controller app, WMI Provider Host, Dell Data Manager) - (Anyway the picture is not the best, I can't catch the perfect moment)

In the Process Explorer shows this process cause spikes on the CPU graph

My laptop specs:
Processor: 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz
Memory: 2x8GB RAM
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Mobile (4GB)
Operating System: Windows 10 Home, 22H2, 19045.2728

How can I solve the problem? Reinstall the windows or intel driver?

I tried restart the related services, and I ran Malwarebytes but it didn't find anything. My windows and drivers are up-to-date, the temperature is fine and I didn't install anything new to my laptop.

Remember to try Resource Monitor.....

May prove helpful as another view of what all your system is doing or trying to do.

= = = =

Perhaps buggy or corrupted files.

Run the built in Windows troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Then try "sfc /scannow" and "dism"

FYI:

Failing that then look in Reliabiilty History and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error code, warning, or even informational event that relates to the FPS drops.

Reliability History may show some pattern of errors/changes that started occuring "during the week".
