So I recently ran into a rather big issue with my PC... I tried to restart it, after not doing anything unusual, and ever since, whenever I try to start it, the power turns on, the fans start spinning, the components with lighting light up and then... nothing. No video output, no power turning off again, it just runs like that forever and nothing else happens.
When the PC still worked, my keyboard lighting went on right before I could press a key to enter the bios, so I'm assuming that that's right after, or during POST. Now, the keyboard doesn't light up anymore, so I know it's not just video related, after a quick google search, I read about people suggesting to try another PSU, so I ordered a new and stronger one.
No effect.
After doing some more research I found out that this can be a symptom of a faulty CPU, and also that symptoms of a defective MB can be quite similar, so now I'm not sure what I should try replacing first. Anyone got an idea?

Specs:
Asus PRIME B350-Plus
Ryzen 5 2400G @3,775GHz
GTX 1050Ti
16GB DDR4
550W BitFenix Formula Gold
The PC has been running fine for about 2 years and 2 months now, I merely bought a new NVMe drive and Sound Card, both have been working properly for over 6 months now.

Solution
just did, no luck either
Have you double checked the RAM sticks are pushed all the way down in their slots, at both ends?
Have you tried booting with one 1 stick of RAM in slot DIMM_A2? Then try the other stick.
Remove the sound card and unplug the mouse and keyboard just to test if that makes any difference. You may need to remove the motherboard from the case and boot outside the case as a last resort.
If you bought the parts about 2 years and 2 months ago, the motherboard should still be under it's 3 year warranty.
