I have a Asus K52f laptop and it does not have graphic card besides the integrated one. I was looking at asus k52jv and they sell it with nvidia gt540m. The look exactly the same. Is it possible to put it inside mine?

"Looks the same" is not "is the same".
There might be slight differences inside the laptop shell, to account for the different heat aspects.

Are you looking to buy just the new motherboard?

I don’t need a new motherboard since mine is working perfectly fine. I just wanted to have a video card besides the integrated one.

Ah.
Well...that appears to be a BGA socket. Surface mounted chip.
You can't add one on your existing board, without an array of specialized tools that cost more than a whole new laptop.
And even if you could, the existing BIOS may not support it.

So, no....you can't.
