note : all my partitions are MBR i dont know if that is a problem but it was all working fine for the past 2 years this is sudden problem

i used old SSD the m.2 still visible under windows with all data on it but still can't boot from it no matter what

Likely when you installed windows on the m.2, you left the hdd connected.
Windows put some hidden recovery partitions on the hdd which will keep you from booting if the hdd is ever removed.
There is a recovery process for this, but I do not off hand know where to find it.
Google is your friend.

The system does not boot at all? No matter what drives are involved?

it boot when i connect sata drive with windows installed on it ( i have old ssd with win 8.1 installed on it when i connect that one the system boot without any problem)

when i use the m.2 with other SSHD only the boot menu keep redirecting me to bios page
