It's not due to overheating, I checked, nor due to dust, I cleaned and reassembled.

I would just work on my PC, and suddenly it turns off as if the electricity went down, and then maybe 2 seconds later it turns back on, and task managers Up Time is reset. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, it occurs when I'm gaming, or just browsing, or even if I didn't do anything. Once this occurs, it works fine for maybe 1 hour and the cycle continues.

One month ago, I had an issue where the PC would just freeze and my only solution was to turn it off with the button. It even froze in BIOS once, and I thought maybe my RAM was bad. However that issue disappeared and now I have this power-off, auto-start issue.

Tried clearing my doubts with my RAM, but I cant even do memtest86, the issue remains, however, I was able to do 1 pass with 0 errors.

My Specs:
i3 4350T
ASRock H81M DGS R2.0
Hynix PC3 12800 DDR3 1600 MHz 4GB RAM
Asus ROG GTX 1660 Ti
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB + 1TB HDD + 320GB HDD
Corsair CX650M PSU

My CPU, Mobo and RAM are 3 years old, while the rest are just 6 months old. I have not yet fully upgrade my PC as you can see, and hence there's no way power demands ever reaching 650W. Even after I complete my upgrade, it would be under 550W.

I used cheapo PSUs from day 1 on previous build and never experienced a PSU issue, this time however bought a branded good one.

Hence, I highly doubt this being a PSU problem.
Am I wrong?
