[SOLVED] should i keep freesync on , if i dont use it ?

i have an ACer KG271 Monitor with freesync , but i dont use the freesync feature , soo should i turn off the freesync feature from the monitor?

What do you mean? If you have it turned on you do use it,unless you mean that you never play any games or never even display anything on the screen.
If you have a GPU that doesn't work with freesync then yes you might as well turn it off from the monitor as well.

it has display port , but i dont really use the freesync feature of nvidia adaptive sync thingy, soo i m keeping the monitor freesync option off

If that's the case, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by enabling variable refresh rate. Would be silly not to.
