Question Sound Broken on PC

I recently randomly had a problem where my computer had no sound. I tried everything that I know. Nothing is muted in the volume mixer. I updated all my drivers and restarted my computer. I really don't know what to do. I know its not my headphones because I plugged them into my switch and phone and it worked fine. Any suggestions?

motherboard issue? try both the front and back?
