You can check the path and just try to shorten it if no matter about the structure , but if this over (+50) or you matter about the structure this will be a high load on you ,
- Also may be trying to troubleshoot with the capability to solve the problem via this link

- and the last choice is to use softwares that can handle this issue
-and I found a thread here talking about solving this issue , I hope it will help

Reduce the path length.
It is almost certainly due to multiple levels of subfolders. And then maybe a disturbingly long filename at the end.

"3rd Quarter Human Resources Report_SatelliteSite_3_First Draft.docx"
(nested within 5 subfolders)

Possible fix?

No idea of how well that might work, just something I found.

Not sure if its related but max file path is 255 character limit.

I encounter this prob at work when unzipping zip files with heavy/long folder structures in network project folders already with long paths.

As simple work around i bring it as close to root of drive as possible and unpack & work on them there.

I appreciate your response. My problem solved in 3 ways
1-This link gave me some ideas and a part of the problem skipped on server 2012 R2

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/c647ddbb-ab02-4368-b73c-38bc7d5de26b/how-to-enable-paths-longer-than-260-characters-in-windows-2012-r2?forum=winserverfiles&ranMID=24542&ranEAID=TnL5HPStwNw&ranSiteID=TnL5HPStwNw-5MtLBpLc_tvo93wquq4lYw&epi=TnL5HPStwNw-5MtLBpLc_tvo93wquq4lYw&irgwc=1&OCID=AID2000142_aff_7593_1243925&tduid=(ir__ylplkwcmbgkfqnjckk0sohzgcu2xsx9g3ighin2f00)(7593)(1243925)(TnL5HPStwNw-5MtLBpLc_tvo93wquq4lYw)()&irclickid=_ylplkwcmbgkfqnjckk0sohzgcu2xsx9g3ighin2f00

The second link checked
2- I tried the trial version of the software Gs richcopy 360 for one folder which contains 5 files ( that has the long path) and it was great.

3-I tried the software Long Path Tool for one folder (has the long path) and it was great too.

Now I know how to handle my problem, thanks all for your hints
