[SOLVED] unable to disable FN lock

I just booted up my brand new PC, which I am currently posting this on, and I can't seem to find a solution to disabling FN lock. I have tried holding down FN and pressing esc, I have tried looking in my BIOS (MSI mobo) and I cant see a system config there. I searched up config in BIOS but it didn't bring up anything relevant to my issue. I remember disabling it on my laptop but since then I have forgotten, any ideas?
btw: I am currently running windows 10.

This is a good step in the right direction.
I am mainly trying to switch the secondary and primary features so that when I press the key alone, it triggers its current secondary key, if that makes any sense.

Which means that you may need some sort of coding.

E.g., Auto Hotkey if that is even applicable to your requirements.

May be worth some experimentation: tweak key assignments that may launch a macro to continue the process.
