Question Why does my mic cut under high gpu usage?

When my gpu uses above like 60 maybe 70% my audio will cut for for a second or 2 and then come back but my mic will not work. I have to leave and rejoin the discord vc to fix this. Any ideas?

Specs:
ryzen 5 3600
rx 5600xt
asrock b450m steel legend
16gb xpg ram 3200mhz but running lower because of stability issues

I have a corsair cv650 and I have the arctic freezer 34 pro duo to cool my cpu so I think temps should be fine but I will get back to you with exact temps soon

Ok my temps are 50 to 60 degrees C and very rarely go above 60.

Whenever I play a game that uses more than like 60 or 70% gpu usage my audio will randomly but often cut for about a second and then all will come back except from my discord audio so I can't hear my friends. My friends can still hear me and to fix the issue I have to leave and rejoin the call. Sometimes my audio even comes out of my monitor for a few seconds before coming back to my headset. Right now I have to cap my frames or play on very low settings to avoid the issue from occurring. Some games I can't cap frames so I pretty much can't play them with friends. Any ideas?

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - Powercolor Radeon rx5600xt
MOBO- Ascrock b450m steel legend
PSU - Corsair CV650 80+ Bronze
RAM - XPG Gammix 2x8gb 3200mhz (clocked to lower speeds as used to bluescreen very often)
STORAGE - Crucial MX500 ssd
HEADSET - Coolermaster MH630
OS - Windows 10

ps. My headset is plugged into my front IO of a Thermaltake s100 as my headset doesn't seem to work when plugged into the motherboard IO.
