Question Custom Loop vs. AIO, is there a real world difference?

To people who had experiences with custom loops and using AIO's...is a custom loop worth it? Does it make a big difference compared to AIO's? Care to share some of your experiences and thoughts about this subject...I really would like to know if it gives a big benefit in the real world especially that I use high end CPU like the 5950x from AMD.

How extreme are you going to push your components? That is really the question. Custom loops benefit overclockers on both CPU and GPU.
