Hello,
I recently got an entirely new system which is my work station for Graphic related work and it works perfectly except for one issue. Whenever I work After Effects the keyboard and Mouse keep getting disconnected and reconnected. This happens so frequently that it just becomes impossible to work anymore. I initially thought it's the Razer and Logitech software issue and so uninstalled both software but with no luck. Then I remember when I had first booted my system with windows and all the essential driver (NO AFTER EFFECTS) the keyboard and mouse stopped responding and I had to hard reboot it.
Now it only happens when I work with After effects and it becomes worse while rendering on media encoder. Also, the keyboard-mouse works fine if I'm on other windows (eg: Chrome) even though After effects is running in the background. But when I start previewing and rendering, it gets disconnected no matter which window I'm on.
I don't understand what's happening. PLEASE HELP!
