I whas wondering is it good idea to buy now CPU or wait till next year to see what Intel or AMD has to ofer


and i'm in need of upgrading something Good to best to last at least the next

7 Years

What would be good Motherboard CPU GPU

PC for Gaming and maybe Video Editing

It will be interesting to see how well Intel's 8 P- cores+ 24 E-cores (in 13900K guise) do in assorted multithreaded applications.......as well as games....!

(Naturally, AMD's AM5 looms quite large as well, even if 'only' 16 cores for mainstream desktop, which just sounds ludicrous to even say, really!)

Its 8p cores and 16e cores at the flagship. But am5 vs raptor lake is looking wild.
