Build Advice Is this new PC build okay ?

I am building a system with the following parts:
CPU 14700K
GPU 4070 Ti super
Mob Aorus Z790 Elite AX
RAM XPG Lancer RGB 2x16GB DDR5 6000MT/s CL 30
NVMe Samsung 990 Pro
Cooler Aorus Waterforce II 360 mm
PSU Cooler Master MWE gold 850 V2
Case Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2
The use is mainly productivity like photo editing, video editing, and also gaming
Can we make any adjustments to this build or is it okay ?
I appreciate any help you can provide.
