[SOLVED] Upgrading my PC

I am upgrading to a new setup as currently I was running a FX8350 processor.

I have a Gigabyte C200 case ( bought recently ).
I am planning on getting either Intel Core i5 10400 or Ryzen 5 3600.
So I needed some suggestions on which processor is better ( strictly for gaming ). I am a casual gamer so if I'm not able to play games at high resolution ultra settings it is ok for me.
I'll be using a R9 280x GPU temporarily and a 650W Coolermaster MWE Bronze PSU and 16GB DDR4 RAM.
Along with the processor I need a suggestion for which motherboard to buy.
My budget is under 100USD for mobo.
