Question B450 tomahawk showing red vga "EZ" light, won't boot. Screen shows only "_".

Hello community.
I decided to upgrade my PC and installed:
Ryzen 3600
32 GB DDr4 ram
MSI B450 tomahawk
Sabrent M2 SSD 1tb

I decided to keep my good old rx 480 that was running Titanfall 2 flawlessly just last night. After I build my PC, I boot it up and lots of lights and fans go off, everything seems to be working fine, until the RGB light of the Mobo goes red and the EZ panel shows a red "VGA" led light, indicating there is a failure or it doesn't detect a GPU. The GPU led lights and fans do turn on fine, though. The screen is totally black except for a "_" in the middle. I haven't upgraded or installed any BIOS settings because I don't have a disk tray. I also made sure to put my OS boot drive SSD on the SATA 1 drive. (I don't know if the M2 SSD might be causing any problems) if anyone knows anything it will be real helpful.

PSU: Corsair CX500m
About the bios, I haven't updated or touched any software since it came out of the box. But I can't access the BIOS menu since the screen is black. I don't know if there is any other way to get into it, though.

Resetting cmos can sort that out, it’ll get you back into bios
