[SOLVED] Dual boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu?

Hii legends.. i already Installed windows 7 Home Premium with 2 partition.. ( local disk C & local disk D ).. now my task is install dual boot option with ubuntu..

Clarification please
Anybody clearly explain me... where i shrink the partition local disk C or local disk D.. incase may i shrink partition in C after install ubuntu.. may i access volume D in Ubuntu?.

You can access volume D in Ubuntu, but to see them in file manager you must mount each Windows partitions, they are not mounted by default in Linux.

Can i install windows update if iv forgot my admin password I'm on windows 7 iv not got the hang of it yet how much difference is windows 8.1 & windows 10 ? How can I bypass my login pg Going to Commend Prompt ? Iv a tablet nowt fancy how can I use USB stick transfaring windows to laptop 👊👍👅👄✌👌👰👂👀♿👾👾 I need help IM CLUELESS wiv technoligy
