My PC at random will completely shut down and instantly turn back on again.

Thing's ive already tried that haven't helped:

1. New outlet and power cord
2. Replacing the Power Supply with a 850w (I've been running a 750w for years)
3. Resetting Windows 10 and the CMOS
4. Reseating, the RAM, CPU and GPU (I basically took apart my entire PC, cleaned it and rebuilt it again)

I can't think of what else is causing this. No blue screen, no freezing just shuts down immedietely and turns back on, it will cycle at random. Whether it's in the middle of an intensive workload like rendering in Blender or just on the desktop with nothing open. I'm completely lost.

My Specs:
MBD: MSI B550M PRO
CPU: Ryzen 5900x
GPU: RTX 3070 Founder's Edition
RAM: 32GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4
PSU: 850w Thermaltake GF1
WiFi card: Cudy AX5400
Dark Samus Amiibo (Sits at the bottom of my case for increased performance)

Any help is greatly appreciated. I've lost progress on several projects due to abrubt resets. I feel like I've addressed everything relating to the power I am lost as to what is causing this issue and how to solve it.

Thanks!

Comment: it literally happened while typing this post so i had to re-type everything again.

Have you checked the windows error logs? But it could be a fault on the motherboard, in which case a motherboard tester would be handy.

BIOS version for your motherboard? Manually reinstall the chipset drivers in an elevated command. Can you remain in BIOS indefintely? How are you cooling that processor? Make and model of your case?
Hi, appreciate the help!

BIOS Version: E7C95AMS.230
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken 240mm
Case: Cooler Master Q300L

As far as the cpu cooling I did run some tests and notice it is a bit warmer than it probably should be. I am idling at about 55-65C which is pretty high. However what's odd is that it doesnt get much higher when under load, floating around 70-82C when rendering or gaming. It'll crash as i said whether it is idle or running an intensive application which is very odd. Do you think the high idle temp has something to do with it? I just cleaned my cooler so maybe my kraken is fauly, I have an old Hyper T12 i can throw on it instead.

You mentioned "Manually reinstall the chipset drivers in an elevated command", how would I go about this? Everything I'm finding online regarding chipset drivers is talking about doing so in the device manager of Windows.

I'm also leaving my PC on now in the BIOS to see if it does the same thing and power cycles, that was a great idea. It's been about 10 minutes but so far so good, as I said its completely random sometimes within 5 minutes of startup or I can go several hours before a random cycle.

Thank you!

Edit* When I went back into Windows 10 to get error log info that js2 recommended it power cycled like 2 minutes into startup. Doesn't confirm staying in bios prevents the issue but just tracking evidence lol, I'm going to leave it in the bios again for a prolonged period of time and see what happens.

Hi, thanks for the help, I found the following information. Ill also look into a motherboard tester if that may be the issue. Im not sure what most of these errors mean but I'm going to google them one by one lol. If you see anything of note I'd appreciate it, Thanks!
