Question Game Freezing / Programs Freezing

Hey guys, just recently I have built a brand new PC and have a come across the problem of all my programs freezing for no longer than 4 seconds at a time, when this happens I can still move my cursor and interact with other programs but once I click them they freeze for a short time as well. I will try and get recording of this happening.

It frequently happens while i'm playing games like CS:GO, Overwatch and even PavlovVR.

I have even gone to the extent of buying a driver updater just in-case I had missed some and they were outdated but that is not the case. Everything is now up to date but it still occurs.

I have also turned on XMP just in case it was my ram being overloaded. But as you guessed, still no success.

Faulty RAM is my vote. Run Prime95 "Blended" stress test for 24 hours (or until it crashes) with your CPU @ stock clocks. It should be able to run that test indefinitely.
You can RMA the RAM if it's faulty.

Also, do a memtest, and a bios update, and check drive usage
