Question What size pads for MSI 3070 2X ?

Hi long story short, I need to repad my 3070 could anyone help? I couldn't find anything regarding correct sizes for the MSI 3070 2X.

I did find something on official MSI website, 2.25 and 2.75. I installed them correctly, but the GPU goes to 85c the moment the PC boots .

What size pads do I need? Thanks in advance

Take it back apart and see how squished the pads got, examine the thermal paste on the GPU. If they are really compressed, then they were too thick. If MSI suggests two sizes, then some will need to go where thinner pads are needed. Possible you have some in the wrong place and is keeping the GPU away from the heatsink.
