Question Best configuring BIOS settings ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS

Hy guys!

I would like your help, because for some reason the game is not smooth(CSGO,CS1.6, and whatever fps) and I have a G-sync 240hz monitor, and I think something needs to be set in the bios, but I don't know, Windows was installed today.

your monitor might be set to 60Hz by default in windows
check it : Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings
what settings are you using in cs:go ?

in launch options: -freq 240 and in game console: mat_info: 240hz
