Hello so about a month ago i replaced my HDD with a new one and after that in every game i would get massive lag spikes that i never got before so again i replaced that HDD but the same issue presits i never got these lag spikes before so i need help is it my HDD causing this? Or did i damage something when replacing it. The games work fine for a bit then drop to 10 fps for 3 seconds then they work good again this is not a overheating issue as i have already checked please help.

GPU: AMD RX 470
RAM:8GB
HDD:SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1 TERRABYTE

Since you replaced the new HDD again, its probably a motherboard problem. Check the sata connections on motherboard and try different cables. Then, do a CMOS reset.
I tried this but the same issue still there my fps is fine 200 fps for 10 mins then goes to 20 10 fps for a few seconds for no reasson.

So about a month or two ago i changed my Hardrive after that games that worked perfectly started having massive lag spikes every 10 mins or so from 100 fps to 10 20 30 fps for 10 seconds or so this never happend before i tracked down the issue it was my CPU every time i had a lag spike my CPU usage would go down in Task Manager this never happend up untill i changed my hardrive i am 100 percent sure i did not brake anything while chaning my hardrive and this is not a temperature issue i have High Performence on power settings i looked up this issue and in BIOS changed Cool and quiet to disabled and C6 core state disabled and it helped but the issue is still there please help! thank you.!

2nd warning
Hello so about a month ago i changed my Harddrive on my pc and after that games that usally worked perfectly started having massive lag spikes going from 200 fps to 30 40 for 10 seconds i noticed that whenever this would happen my CPU usage in task manager would drop this is not a tempratue issue and has nothing to do with the HDD i changed some bios settings disabled Cool n Quiet and C6 core state and it helped but the issue it still not gone could anyone please help me?
